Beacon Psychiatry & Wellness is a cash-pay practice designed to provide a more thoughtful, personalized, and lower-volume approach to psychiatric care.

Transparent pricing allows patients to better understand the cost of care without unexpected fees or rushed appointments.

  • Initial appointments are designed to allow time for a comprehensive evaluation of symptoms, history, goals, lifestyle factors, previous treatment experiences, and overall well-being to create a more personalized and collaborative treatment plan.

    $550 — 90 Minutes. Initial psychiatric evaluation

  • Follow-up appointments are personalized based on your treatment needs, goals, and the level of support or review required during each visit.

    $250 — 30 Minutes. Focused medication management follow-up appointment for ongoing treatment monitoring and adjustments.

    $325 — 45 Minutes. Extended follow-up appointment allowing additional time for more in-depth discussion, treatment planning, education, and personalized support.

    $450 — 60 Minutes. Comprehensive extended appointment for specialty laboratory review, genetic insight interpretation, integrative treatment planning, or more complex clinical discussion.

  • Traditional laboratory testing may be ordered through standard laboratories such as Labcorp, and insurance coverage may vary depending on individual benefits.

    Specialty or functional laboratory testing is typically self-pay and billed separately through the testing company.

    Extended Laboratory Research and Analysis — $350–$450

    Extended appointments may be recommended for detailed review of specialty laboratory testing and more comprehensive integrative treatment planning.

  • When clinically appropriate, advanced genetic or pharmacogenomic testing may be incorporated to provide additional insight into mood, focus, stress response, and medication response.

    Extended Genetic Insight Research and Analysis — $350–$450

    Extended appointments may be recommended for detailed review of pharmacogenomic or advanced genetic testing and personalized treatment recommendations.

  • A extensive combined evaluation designed to explore potential biological, nutritional, metabolic, and genetic contributors that may be affecting mood, focus, energy, sleep, and cognitive functioning.

    May include:

    • Precision Genomics Testing & Analysis

    • Metabolic & Nutritional Testing

    • Pharmacogenomic testing

    • Detailed clinical interpretation

    • Personalized supplement and lifestyle recommendations

    • Extended follow-up review appointment

    Packages start at $1,950

    Pricing varies depending on testing selected and complexity of interpretation.

  • Forms and documentation are generally completed for established patients when clinically appropriate and at the provider’s discretion. This may include work or school accommodation letters, coordination of care, and other treatment-related documentation when clinically appropriate.

    Emotional support animal (ESA) evaluations and letters are not provided through this practice due to clinical, legal, and patient safety considerations.

    Long-term disability evaluations are not provided.

    Extended or more complex forms and documentation requests may be subject to additional fees.

  • Beacon Psychiatry & Wellness is a cash-pay practice and does not directly bill insurance. This model allows for a more personalized, lower-volume approach to care with longer appointments and greater flexibility in treatment planning.

    Payment is due at the time of service. HSA/FSA cards and major credit cards are accepted. Upon request, a superbill may be provided for patients wishing to pursue possible out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance provider.

  • Appointment times are reserved specifically for each patient. Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Missed appointments, cancellations without adequate notice, or arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be subject to a $150 no-show fee.

    Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Repeated missed appointments may affect future scheduling.
